Overview:
Odyssey PTA Contact Person: Karen Amos jamosamos@yahoo.com
Labels for Education is an easy, fun way to help schools in your neighborhood get free educational merchandise, including computers, sports equipment and musical instruments. Campbell's has added a new feature to the Labels for Education Program. It is designed to help students and teachers build a better America. It's called: Campbell's Labels for America. Labels for America allows our school to earn bonus labels for the Labels for Education Program by encouraging volunteerism in our local community.
Campbell's is also offering a Community Pledge Program that allows you to pledge labels to your participating school to help meet their goal. This voluntary program gives you, your friends and your neighbors a way to help your local school. For more information you can go to the Campbell's Labels for Education Web site.
How to Collect:
Eligible Products (click on this link to view eligible products). Simply cut the front labels off of soup cans, cut UPC codes off or save lids, depending on the product.
Please place your labels, UPC codes, and lids in plastic zipper closure bags. Label each bag (write on the bag with a Sharpie) with student's first and last name, teacher's name, grade level and how many total (add labels, upc codes and lids together) are in each bag. We keep track of participation all year long. We will run opportunities for children to win prizes for the most collected labels by class, grade level or by student. Announcements of promotions will go home in weekly folders or in the PTA newsletter.
Where to Deposit
Send labeled bags to school with your child. We will have two places to deposit them. One in the Library and one in or near the front office. Both containers will be "Campbell's Labels for Education" containers.
We will post more information soon.Specials
